The released output could be concentrated by shaking table in the next process. Being suitable for small scale nonferrous and precious metal mines like tungsten, tin, gold, the hammer mill could be the alternative of ball mill in some extent. It is with easy installation and operation, low investment and quick effect. Its sieve opening size, minimum 1mm, can be customize configured as per the actual ore situation.

The spare parts mainly include the hammer, guard liner of crushing cavity, rotor disc, and the bottom screen plate.
There are usually 2 types of hammers available:
High Cr hammer: fit for medium and high hardness ores
High Mn hammer: fir for lower hardness ores
The rotor configured with hammers, as the main working component of hammer mill, is composed of spindle, disc, pin shaft, and hammers. The rotor, being driven by the motor, rotates in a high speed in the crushing cavity. The materials, being fed into the crushing cavity from feeding port, are crushed, shattered, and ground under the function high speed hammers. The undersize will be discharged through the screen plate which is installed at the bottom of the rotor, while the oversize will remain upon the screen plate for re-crushing and grinding, and be discharged finally.
